Story
Founded in 2013, 5 Star Restaurant Group has a proven track record and a wealth of knowledge in the food and franchisee category. Sal and Mike Naim grew up in the restaurant industry giving them a combined 50 years experience all the way from the dishwasher to owners and partners. Using their hands on work, dedication and business sense, they have built a solid foundation of business, family and community.
Sal Naim

Sal brings over 25 years of business & restaurateur experience. Sal uses his business development skill to deliver top results in new restaurant inceptions. He remains an active member of his home community and develops frameworks of leadership for all the operational communities that he works with.
Mike Naim

Mike has 25 years of industry experience. He specializes in daily operations and marketing throughout the 5 Star franchise. Mike tirelessly supports operational communities and passionately shares his time by participating with many volunteer and charitable events and organizations.
